Instruction translated from the zip file "readme.txt": 


Copy the folders/files in the corresponding singles directory.

WARNING!
This original files will be overwritten:
\Config\lang.cfg
\GameObject\elaine.ago
\Texture\hairPubicBlonde2.dds

So make a backup. The other files are new.
This results in overwriting other modifications in these files.
In this case the concrete changes in the primary files have to be made manually. To allow this a detailed instruction how the 'dessous' were added follows.
